We met the builder, Terry, shortly after for an initial home buying meeting. Terry is a passionate builder who from day one was every bit excited about building our house as much as we were. A lot of builders tout honesty as a trait – but Terry’s honesty, openness, and integrity are exceptional. His commitment to our family to build a house that we’d be happy in showed every day I spoke or met with him. Terry absolutely executed the vision we had for our new home and provided it on schedule. He offered essential ideas that ultimately made the final product a house that we are very happy and proud to call our home.
