Joe knows what it takes to build a quality home that meets the needs of today's homebuyer. Together, they have built Leland into a nationally recognized builder with numerous awards. Their flagship community, Silver Springs Village, was the recipient of 7 Professionalism Awards and the coveted ARC Exceptional Merit Award.
