Leland Homes was founded based on the Founder's belief in integrity and commitment to excellence.  Mark Gibbs, Founder and President of Leland Homes, has 32 years of diversified building and development experience and has worked for quality developers such as Trammell Crow Company and Arvida. 

Achievements

Mark started his own business in 1992 and his leadership, experience and conservative financial management helped Leland survive the recent economic downturn.  Leland is a nationally recognized builder with numerous awards.  Their flagship community, Silver Springs Village, was the recipient of 7 Professionalism Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builder's Association ("GAHBA") and the coveted Atlanta Regional Commission's 2002 Development of Excellence Award.  Leland Homes and Silver Springs Village were featured on the cover of Builder Magazine in May, 2004 and were highlighted at the 2004 International Home Builder's Show.  Each of their Atlanta new home communities has won Professionalism Award's from their peers at the GAHBA. 

Giving Back
